      Pros

      - fully-remote - awesome product which is practical and solves multiple business issues - hyper-growth (this one is debatable) - if you can survive and perform well, you'll make a name for yourself and springboard your career

      Cons

      - you are just a number/resource to the business; the minute you stop performing is the minute you're on the chopping block - goalposts move all the time - no clear progression path - very messy with no established processes (can be a pro as you can forge your own process) - everyone person for themselves - constantly in survival mode
