      It is a scaleup so the rhythm is intense but it is well-paid and 100% remote.

      Cons

      As every sales role, it is a high-pressure job.

      - Great environment and true work flexibility - Amazing teammates to work with > High seniority to exchange ideas and implement projects - You actually see projects becoming reality and feel your impact into the company - Salary higher than market average

      Cons

      If you're a person that doesn't work well with autonomy and independency, Deel is not for you. One of the things that makes Deel different from other companies is that they trust that you're doing your best to deliver what is expected and more. Deel rewards those who show commitment to drive high growth results, that are curious and always wants to do better.

      Pros

      Great colleagues that lifting each other up, experienced managers that truly believe in their teams, and huge earnings potential. In addition, the clients love the solutions Deel provides which simplifies the sales job.

      Cons

      Remote setting can be challenging for some people, but you will always have the possibility to meet your colleagues in your location.
