Remote working flexibility, good product

Although a fairly young company, I think it has positioned itself as a market-leader in its niche! I have been at the company for a little bit over a year. I love it so far! Great product, constantly evolving based on customer needs, very flexible. Makes a fellow SDR's life much easier to hit target. Majority of the team is hitting quota or even overperforming. Remote work is awesome, can travel basically anywhere as long as it doesn't affect my work. Leadership are proud but not satisified. Launching new services, improving existing ones, tapping into new segments, and aren't afraid to think big. Good pay and great professionals to connect with, I've learned a lot from my colleagues. Also what I like about Deel and why I think they are so successful, they cut out any unneccessary work. They don't do things just because the sake of it. If things can be taken on Slack, no need for a meeting. No micromanagement, just trust. Highly appreciated!
