Deel is a really special company. It’s a challenging and exciting place to work and the learnings are endless. It’s apparent that Deel is very thoughtful about who they hire because everyone is really supportive and like-minded and ready to jump in when needed without hesitation. Leadership is passionate, approachable and honest which gives way to an environment where you feel comfortable sharing new ideas and feedback. There is a ton of autonomy and you have the ability to step in and out of your day to day function to collaborate with other departments to help improve processes and work on new projects. This is encouraged and well received. Because of a really strong enablement team, and a lot of knowledge sharing, everyone is properly fuelled with what’s needed to provide a strong client experience - something that Deel is very focused on. The team environment, despite it being remote, is solid and one of the main reasons I enjoy working here. A great place to be able to make a huge impact.
