      Pros

      Not bad salary, remote, and having flexibility of work.

      Cons

      being remote means work 24/7, not able to get away from work tho taking a leave, and some management in Asia don't really like you being a digital Nomad.

      Deel - The Best Company

      Pros

      Deel is considered one of the best companies in its industry. The company has received several accolades and awards, such as being named one of the "Hottest Startups of 2021" by Forbes, and being recognised as one of the "Fastest Growing Companies" by Inc. Magazine. Since Deel is a fully remote company, which means that I can work from anywhere in the world. This provided me with the opportunity to travel and experience different cultures while still working for the company. It's been a year at Deel and guess what !! I receive a personal message from the CEO and I was like this is unreal, however this shows that your hard work and dedication to the company have been noticed and appreciated. It also reflects the company's culture of recognizing and celebrating its employees' achievements, which can be a motivating factor for employees to continue to perform at their best.
