      Pros

      The Mission : help talents to work from anywhere for the company of their dream and get fair compensation. The working environment : all best tools, cools benefits, Great Values and Ethic : Strong recognition for performers and key contributors. Helping with inflation, strongly supporting the Ukrainian team.

      Cons

      Not the right place if you don't like teamwork or if you prefer unstructured young companies or startups. Full remote : a Pro that can be a Con for certain people for whom going everyday to their own office is super important.

      Pros

      One of the main reasons I work at Deel are the people, this team is built on a foundation of diverse people who take ownership and know how to create amazing products. The mission to make employment opportunities accessible all over the world is one that everyone here takes to heart and is part of the company culture. At Deel everyone is encouraged to push their potential and explore all the opportunities of working with such a global team.

      Cons

      For people used to more traditional employment = a sync working and fully remote can be an issue.

      Pros

      Really good people in engineering and in general. Pretty flexible on time offs. Getting to work with people from around the world. Growing super fast which is both exciting and a challenge.

      Cons

      Can be intense, and growing fast had it's price
