      Good Vibes and great pay

      Pros

      Great management team and everyone rowing in the same direction. Decisions always made with employees in mind. Work from anywhere, choice of contract type.

      Cons

      Constant change makes it hard to settle. Speed things move at is quicker than any other startups but hard to pick anything else. Teething issues with structure, tools etc.

      good benefits, but poor leadership and culture

      the unlimited PTO and work-from-anywhere policy are excellent

      Cons

      - significant growing pains - the company has picked managers who are not strong leaders or culture builders - poor communication and people handling - off-putting political atmosphere within certain areas

      Pros

      - Completely remote work - Provided well-structured training to ready you for the job - Good working environment; collaborative, open, and the atmosphere is great. There's not a moment where I wake up and dread to go to work. - Work/Life balance is observed - Benefits/PTO policies are great! - Scheduling is good! - Company is growing so there are plenty of opportunities to move up - You get to work with the top leaders in the company who are collaborative and willing to share best practices

      - No cons in the last 6 months - Deel is definitely the BEST company I have worked for, no comparison
