I love how we all work with a diverse group of people from all over the world in the company. The benefits are great but the opportunity to learn and connect is priceless.

Cons

Honestly cannot think of a con ever since I started.

Pros

-Flexible working schedule! -OT pay is competitive. -Stock options are going to be available soon! -As the company grows, each Deel employee will have opportunities for advancement.

Cons

-The volume of tickets handled can be overwhelming, especially when the queue grows long. -Since there is no 13th month pay, I was hoping there could be something like a Christmas bonus for all Deel employees.

We have high expectations for fast, efficient and quality support for our customers, especially as a hyper-growth startup.
