Thank you for your feedback. Good note on salary and growth. We are currently looking at compensation for roles, locations, etc. as well as providing resources for people development to help team members have the resources to learn and grow into their future ideal roles.

Cons

Management is open about giving their favorite reps all the inbound leads. New employees are completely set up for failure, and even though management is aware of the problem and it’s affect on Deel’s culture, they have no intention of changing.
