As someone who came at Deel with some experiences in other big names, i can tell that there is few reasons to give Deel a try and work hard for it. 1. The work life balance. As long as you're doing well in your role, most manager will not bother on how you manage your day or what place/country you choose to live. This is priceless in some cases 2. The management. Difficult topic but overall they are accessible and open to discussion. Alex and Shuo often take time to meet the teams when they travel from country to country and it's easy to have conversation with them as long as you're not shy to reach to them. As for the rest, 1st and 2nd line leaders are usually dedicated to support you and make you successful. 3. The culture: Results oriented? of course! especialy in Sales but what make Deel really special is that no matter where you go you will always find a "Deeler"happy to meet you at the WeWork or other places and share few days with you. This whole remote things create clusters of "Deeler" and communities as well as genuine happiness and friendship when meeting some distant colleagues for real. Much more in fact than in some well established companies where the culture aspect is more a disclaimer than a fact. 4. The speed: Time fly at Deel and things goes fast. Maybe a bit too fast sometime but after few month i already had the feeling that a year was spent and looking back on all the good or bad things that happened i can say that i was proud to live this. Overall, in my case, i wanted a company that keep me busy but rewarding and allow me to manage my life as i want. Done.
