Thanks for the review! We agree that we strive to find and retain the very best people engaged to our mission and ready to build a seat on the rocket ship. We love hearing you are finding the information you need as a new hire, but this is an area we are actively striving to improve through tools and technology as well to make it even better. We also understand the feedback on total rewards like perks and insurance. This is an area where we will continue to look at our investment as we achieve revenue milestones as a company as well as continue to grow headcount in each country.
