Pros

- Competitive salary - A cool way of getting your work laptop and other supplies using Hofy - A nice online learning platform with good on-boarding information

Cons

- Very little transparency in decision making - Very hierarchy driven where subordinates are expected to obey without offering input - Often felt like a tool being used instead of a creative part of a team - Technically very disorganised and not interested in giving capacity to improving legacy systems or methodologies - Little to no team events (virtual or remote) - Generally not a very kind and motivating culture - focused more on status than collaboration
