A product that has some traction.

Cons

- Senior management is out of their depth, especially the founders. They're lucky the CEO has a father who has business experience. - Set stupid targets that cause the rest of the team to burn out. - The culture is the most toxic I've ever worked in. This stems from the top.

Working with great professionals. Many opportunities for personal growth. You can take your job with you anywhere in the world. The company is (currently and in past years) on fire, it's a great feeling to take part in it.

Cons

No office, so there's no fun (nor "normal") work atmosphere
