      It's still a place to work

      Cons

      Dell has done an about-face on its commitment to quality of life and company culture. The most well known is how they've gone about undoing their work from home policy. The massive biannual layoffs don't help. Leadership keeps us that AI isn't going to replace us, even though they are trying to make that happen. They keep making it harder to do our job, and more unpleasant to be a customer.

      1- toxic culture. 2- no collaboration at all. 3- everyone wants to blame the other. 4- huge amounts of politics and enternal rivalry. 5- living in continuous stress and threats. 6- no job security. 7- escalations is the name of the game.
