      Pros

      Casual work environment, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Morale tends to be very low. Lack of true sales training. A lot of micro-management, typically rolled from high ups, and exerted on sales people by front line managers.

      Pros

      Good people. Fun environment for the most part. Decent cafeteria.

      Cons

      All about metrics and hitting quarterly numbers. Poor salary / commission break down. Can be a bit depressing at times. Middle management is basically filled with people who have been at Dell for 10+ years and work just hard enough to not get fired.
