      Pros

      I had an overall good experience working for Dell. There are plenty of pleasant, smart people. There is plenty of focus on winning culture and they have some fun perks like vendor lunches. Advancement opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Working at Dell can be stressful when your quotas are frequently being messed with. Layoffs can come suddenly and without warning.

      Smart people,cool projects, strong culture of internal movement allowing for plenty of career opportunities

      Cons

      With such a large company (well over 100,000 in the workforce), there are often too many initiatives, diluting focus on the most important strategies. Even now with a strong culture / value statement / people strategy, you can still find remnants of the legacy culture of unhealthy competition and tolerating aggresive work styles
