      Enterprise storage support has been great to me. The management is fairly laid-back and the metrics are fair.

      The future of the company is in question with the upcoming go-private deal. This lingering question has brought morale down.

      Fantastic culture, career development, values, work/life balance and pay! The company has a diverse culture and encourages a team environment and idea sharing. Always on the cutting edge and ever changing which makes it exciting to work here. Can't imagine working anywhere else at this point in my career. Sr. leaders are very transparent in delivering news and messages to teams. This company has transformed the way it does business and now offers end to end solutions and services for it's customers which makes it exciting to work here.

      Cons

      Change is constant which is a plus for some and a con for others. If you want to be part of cutting edge technology and solutions, then this is the place to be.
