      Great leadership. Skilled, supportive and dedicated co-workers! Strong leadership mentors in the organization, individual development plans to help you grow as an individual! Lot of the process tools/ training material handy to help you succeed in your role.

      Cons

      Management did not put measures in place to support staff (such as capacity and demand management, prioritization of work etc.)

      Pros

      A very fast moving company that challenges you every day. I hear plenty of complaints that it isn't what it used to be but those people have been with Dell the whole time and don't realize it is still better than 99% of the other places to work outr there. Pay attention to all of the new hire training classes and see how many return to Dell...the grass isn't always greener.

      Cons

      As quickly as the company moves to keep up with the IT industry, it can be challenging to change internal momentum and get new things done in terms of implementing processes.
