      Good work life balance. Good management. Timely promotions. Optimum work. Good number of events keep happening.

      Not much growth in terms of knowledge. No foreign opportunities. No stocks offered.

      big company who own EMC & VMware

      Cons

      Foreign talent managers who just come for 2-3 years, gain their own experience and leave without a trace of gratitude to the team. No one got promoted under the manager's period even though we are the best performing geo. Now, moving on to do bigger things and what do we get? Nothing. Tell Dell results showed it clearly but the manager still move up. Hard to comprehend.

      If you have talent, any company can hire you , same applies to this company as well.

      Cons

      Not great at employee retention. Never know when will your job ends. Lay offs are very common here. Typically give 2 day notice and lay you off. Compensations are not competitive.
