      Good people and my direct manager was great

      Cons

      So many unorganized processes, too many systems, lack of standardization, and unclear/constant change in direction and teams. My role just eliminated 4 months after starting, luckily found another position, but that team got eliminated a couple months after I left. Simplify the data center offerings, don’t keep adding more

      Nepotism is alive and well at a Dell! Make sure you sleep with your boss or your mom or dad work there and you will be fine. If not, it won’t be a great experience!

      Cons

      No concern for employees, No cab facility, Slow proceesing of HR related activities, Managers are least bothered on employee health & safety, They scold & disrespect employees. No work life balance.
