      Pros

      Compensation was more than competitive. CEO is very personable and a good leader, but the other senior management is lacking.

      Cons

      New employees will be left to swim with the sharks. If you're not part of the club of 10+ year employees, you're going to be unhappy and possibly RIF'd. At Dell, it's all about who you know.
