      No work life balance, WFH is completely out of question even for a day per week, very pushy management, promises which rarely happen, they never dare to say something to people who are doing nothing or minimum in the whole day, altogether Irish MGMT represents 90s office mentality. Since the merge with emc money is getting better but nothing else. Office is again like from the 90's, no free coffee/tea, but there is a never cleaned airconditioning system. You cannot be a minute late from work - literally.

      Management focused on converting assignments to India. Employee compensation cut to bare bones, ended up divesting Services to buy EMC.
