The worst cut-throat sales environment I've ever experienced

- Recognized company in your resume that will open the doors to other jobs in the future - Sandler's sales training provided - Excellent vacation and PTO policies - Good location in Reston, VA

Cons

- Management was disrespectful and rude - I experienced discrimination based on my gender and race - Poorly managed sales teams without strict distribution of territories. - 15 people assigned to the same territories and leads, the customers will receive calls and information from 10 different people on a daily basis

Dell is gutting the exceptional customer service model that has been the gold standard in the industry. Compensation is below average. Dell just announced the 2018 benefits package. My medical increased by 5800% (yes you are reading this correctly) for a much inferior product.

Pros

The building never collapsed during my time there. Although i might have actually been glad if it did.

Cons

People speak to you with disrespect, even on conference calls with senior management in the US. My direct line manager in Dublin was a truly horrible person who insulted people on a regular basis - she is a truly horrible person to everyone but her behaviour was just accepted within this company.
