      Pros

      This is the one company that offers flexibility. I think they've changed a lot in the past few years, but overall they were a great company. The benefits were amazing and very affordable healthcare.

      Cons

      Management did not care about workload on employees. Most of that management has left the company, but it was once a revolving door. They only intended for you to work for 2 years max and they assumed you'd leave.
