      Toxic work environment Doesn't value employee's emotions ....Employee satisfaction is at Zero. During peak seasons, they just value their business profits and don't value if someone is getting married or someone's sibling is getting married. All they value is employee to be working as slaves in the shifts for hours without incentives or rewards being shared.

      About a year into covid we were led to believe that working from home would be the norm going forward.... then I guess they realized they weren't going to get tax breaks from the city with the offices being empty. So of course capitalism won and we've all been forced back into the building

      Pros

      Working alongside a lot of younger individuals so there is a large community of people to support you. Management will have weekly meetings to touch base with you.

      Cons

      Tenure does not mean anything to upper management. numbers/metrics are purely the only thing that will get you promoted. Salary does not get bumped until you are promoted, no yearly bonuses for good work and if there is a promotional freeze, you will make less than the new associates they hire to replace you.
