Large global corporation, lots of resources and networking opportunities. Ability to work from anywhere, good flexibility. Great social initiatives.
Cons
Company is too large now after EMC, still different cultures at play, can be a popularity contest depending on which team you're on. Too much focus to get cheaper young talent and not enough focus placed on the seasoned team players who have been there many years. Pay is low if you've been there a long time.
