      Worst Leadership ever. Unfair quotas and Pay not enough to survive on. Left a small company for lack of career advancement but so much turn over no one knows how hard you worked. If you're a straight white male then Austin is a tough place to find a career.

      Get to collaborate with great team members. Pay and benefits are great

      Cons

      The company is so large as a whole that we are forgotten and overlooked as people. They have enough power to squish and diminish you in a split second even after you spend years dedicating your time to bettering the business. Reported a sexual assault to HR that involved upper management, the companies decision was to immediately dissolve my position. Females be warned, men with power reside, and HR with honor and integrity do not.

      The Health benefits and the ability to work remotely are the only two positives about working for them, but they aren’t even remarkable

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is terrible. The compensation is horrible. The quotas are almost unattainable limiting compensation. The responsibilities are immense. There is absolutely no opportunities for advancement. Horrible work/life balance
