Pros
1) Good for entry level and mid level profiles. You get to work on lot of projects running at high pace and learn\develop yourself. You are given freedom to choose your tech stack and work on that project to completion. 2) Global work environment with decent diversity in hiring.
Cons
1) No Dell stocks are offered to every employee. Only 1 person in the entire team is given stock every year, they say only the top performer will receive the stock in the whole team you work, so there is very minimal chance of getting Dell stock. Usually the upper management would absorb most of the stock. So the real bottom level engineers who work hard and develop the product get nothing. 2) Base salary is also low compared to other fortune 500 companies, they are right below the average mark or bell curve.
