Benefits are good and work balance has changed for those that need remote employment.
Cons
Career progression is lacking. Managers have there own favorites and promote those within that group. Leadership misguide the company employees at these all hands meeting. They paint a picture of company growth and then let go of several areas and leave existing employees to deal with the aftermath.
