      Pros

      Benefits are good and work balance has changed for those that need remote employment.

      Cons

      Career progression is lacking. Managers have there own favorites and promote those within that group. Leadership misguide the company employees at these all hands meeting. They paint a picture of company growth and then let go of several areas and leave existing employees to deal with the aftermath.

      good benefits, good people, some opportunites

      Cons

      While they say people are their greatest assets, not always the case. direct management in many ares are inept, and not qualified for their area of management. People are the first "assets" to be cut to reduce cost and if you live in a high cost area, your job will probably be off-shored
