      Nice campus talented colleagues to work with. but everyone has or will soon quit dell services

      Cons

      Things have gone worse after dell acquired. No time for personal growth, sine they overload you with job people without talent are promoted just because they are good with managers. All compensations and benefits are cut after dell acquired

      Pros

      Dell International Services generall pay you well. Their increments are also among the best in the industry. This place may be good for marketing, sales and operations folks.

      Cons

      While they pay you well, they act as if they own your entire life. Your timeoff, weekends, special days are not respected. Questioning the management is not encouraged and you may get hit from unexpected corners through your career with Dell if you ever do that. This is not a place for you if you are an mathematician/engineer and are technically oriented.
