Parking space is good. Good campus.

1. Leadership is political and lacks vision 2. Sales are under pressure to make their numbers and in turn they put delivery in pressure by picking projects at low costs and grave under estimations 3. Work-life balance starts from Senior manager level onwards as their only job is to write long mails and delegate work 4. Team that actually works also suffers the most 5. There is nothing like free lunch - even if you are working night and day (weekends included) bring your own lunch 6. No exciting discounts on Dell products (max 15 %) contrary to general perception 7. A good part of CTC is included in bonus and other heads. So in hand is less for the same CTC in other companies. Bonus is reduced as and when company feels appropriate. 8. Many more
