Cons

Stagnant growth, no policy of career advancement with increasing experience. Low salaries. No effort for employee engagement programs and fun.

DEll has a great culture, reasonable salary. It gives the possbility to travel abroad. Another good point is the environment, the colleagues

Cons

The calibration process is not clear. The increase salary happens only once a year, it means, if you don´t have any raise, you will be without any raise during an entire year.
