Pros

As I already mentioned, the internal communication was very good. The company-wide and division-wide business strategies were very clearly stated and demonstrated, and the company culture and values around integrity, honesty and top notch service were always present as well. The contact with direct managers and even senior managers was always very natural and I always felt welcome and well guided!

Cons

Lots of paperwork and internal trainings for rules and norms, and forms for filling out.
