The Pros would be Brand name, Employee benefits like work from home option. Pay. And the benefit of getting a laptop at a little lesser then the market price.

Cons

Managers with consecutive bad ratings in Tell Dell survey are retained. Few Managers are completely out of this world, when it comes to torchering there developers with impossible deadlines.
