Dell is flexible with working hours and full of employees that have worked here for 5+ years.

Pros

Working from home is encouraged. good work life balance. You are given ample time off and there are lots of paid holidays.

Cons

a lot of older staff, most employees are 30+ years old. a great deal of workers leave due to the feeling of instability on some teams. Not all teams though.
