      The ongoing M&As are chaotic and there is a lot of turnover in leadership.

      Pros

      Some incredibly talented and friendly people work here. The studios have a pretty decent work culture.

      Cons

      Do not take a job in any of the Global teams. They are poorly managed and understaffed, and leadership takes no responsibility for the bullying and toxic culture. HR doesn't take you seriously if you report it. Seeing such an incredible company turn so clique in less than 18 months is nothing short of depressing.

      Talented People, great culture, low salaries

      Pros

      People are great human beings and very good designers. There are a lot of spaces to share, talk and have fun. Projects are very different depending on geography but are most interesting.

      Cons

      The culture was very much affected by Wipro and Rational acquisitions. Structural differences in salaries that are not equitable. Used to feel very flat, now it feels like leadership is powerless.
