Collaborative, Curious, and talented people. Salaries are good, at least in our studio (Global company so pay can vary around the world).

Cons

Some projects are for clients with legacy systems and cultures, so your outlook can change greatly depending on project work. It's the same old thing for most agency work.

Humane, fun, intellectually stimulating environment. Lots of leeway to build your own position. Project variety. Tremendous talent pool to learn from. Intensive formal and informal knowledge sharing initiatives.

Cons

Not suitable for people who - need clear instructions and can't handle uncertainty - cannot travel - don't have fluent English
