Pros

Great, smart people that are motivated to have the company succeed. New senior leadership is making a point to foster two way communication and engage employees at all levels.

Cons

Culture of mistrust, lack of transparency and lack of accountability. Too much history of leadership that talks the talk but does not walk the walk.

Pros

Location is great. A lot to do in Jacksonville and cost of living is cheap compared to traditional investment banking city's

Cons

Long hours. Not enough bonus. Need to recognize junior level employees and compensate better.

Pros

Very intelligent and cooperative coworkers, more laid back atmosphere than the location on Wall St. Management is in general good at directing day to day activities.

Cons

The Jax office is turning into an analyst churn shop. They are underpaying 2-3yr analysts and first year associates big time. In fact, brand new interns are making more on an adjusted basis than 3rd year analysts due to the company moving interns to the new higher pay scale while leaving existing employees on the older, lower scale.
