You can survive in this company ONLY in case you take part in the politics which is the root of the management here. The CEO of this company is one and only decision maker and the main micromanager of the company. You have to cross check with him everything, absolutely everything and he must have the final word in your decisions and your work. Trust and cooperation are unknown words for him and his C-Level managers. If you join this company you must know that everything you say first of all will be recorded as the recording cameras are everywhere, literally everywhere and those words will be used against you by one of those "loyal directors". Diversity, cooperation, partnership, friendship, brainstorming, transparency - are the words which you will never use and see here. Everything is done from your back, almost every decision is not transparent and objective and the main director if this film is the CEO and the main actors are those 10-12 C-Level managers whose job is to please the CEO.
