I was considered as a senior person here who joined the team to help grow the business. But as soon as I joined the CEO and his management started telling me what I should do. We had many work-related and biased cases. And in all difficult work-related situations you can't even refer to HR as lots of juniors there can't solve difficult work-related cases and help you to find your place in the company. But they can provide free ice cream and organize rooftop parties. This is more than enough for the current staff there as there are basically juniors who are super happy with such "benefits". there are so many people there, and none of them can solve our issues, they try to present us and CEO, probably, the illusion of office happiness. And the last point, I totally agree with one of the comments here, in Glassdoor,: to survive in this company you have to become a part of this big politics. This is 100% percent true. If you don't participate in this game of special corporate politics, your career in this company will not last long.
