Pros
Salary, which they have to pay, as not many people would like to work there. good place for juniors, and only juniors. They all consider this place as a starting point where they will get some skills and then will join other good company.
Cons
- No working from home policy as they want to manage and micromanage everyone - CEO is organising team meetings and discuss the Jira tickets - Micromanagement from the top - Lots of money was spent on the office and everybody is talking that this is just a great packaging and nothing more - Not diverse atmosphere, in my team we had a persian relocated employee and no one in my team could even speak fluent english. In general devs in this company are not speaking fluent english, and management as well. Diversity is not about this place. - If you have any other job opportunity choose other offer
