Pros

Big company, beneficial to get a huge network in IT field. Many opportunities for various trainings. Standard office perks, like a coffee break sneak. Gifts on bdays, women/army days.

Cons

"Fill-in" time: that is, to be present in the office, even if you completed your tasks. "Free food from menu.am" was removed. Non-professional environment: at least half of the employees were not matching to their positions!
