Pros

The pay is very good and depending on the department you work for they try to make work fun. They take really good care of employees.

Cons

They don't work much with student schedules. It all depends on "the business need". Calls can be tough and incentive is based on the ratings customers give you and 5 random monthly calls that are graded.

Great benefits - Health, Tuition, 401k, PTO Great people - Work with knowledgable people Awesome building and location - Gym, Cafeteria, Health Clinic

Cons

Taking a lot of calls back to back every day. Averaging around 100 calls per day. Dealing with angry customers. Trying to meet incentives can be frustrating.
