Pros

Great health benefits, PTO, and pay.

Cons

Management are bullies from day 1. HR never returns your calls or emails and this has only gotten worse since March 2020 when they sent people to work from home. Pray you don’t have any technical issues with your work equipment (which is absolute garbage by the way). You’ll be treated like a criminal if your systems have issues. Pray you never have to use FMLA or LOA. Even though you have a PTO bucket of hours they can pay you for they never pay you even if you ask.

Pros

The work is usually interesting. Nice people, nice management.

Cons

Promotion decisions are not based on any quantifiable metrics. If your manager likes you and cares enough to work on getting you promoted, then you get promoted. If your manager is lazy, then you are out of luck.
