Pros

Interview process was fun - The first interview was a card game on your personality and traits, the recruiter takes you around the building shows you the great facility. The 2nd interview is more like a traditional interview.. I also had to sell a speaker to the hiring manager on the spot whch was difficult but really hands on!!

Cons

I got offered the position and I took it for $13 a hour which is great, i went in took the picture for my badge , took the drug test , fingerprints , and the background screening, its been almost 2 weeks now and i'm suppose to start in less than a week with no here back, I emailed 2 recruiters with no reply back.. So i guess I'm okay i just wish their was more feedback

Pros

Nice people, great atmosphere, on-site nurse, gym on site, cafeteria. Hard working people working there because they love the company but arent being compensated properly.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement, same people doing same job for 20+ years, management will play favorites and ignore warning signs then have to fire someone they just gave a major award to. When positions do become open, applying is a waste of time because they have already decided who to hire. HR department is known for misleading prospective new hires.

Pros

Good pay paid time off from beginning

Cons

Customers are very irate because you have to push promotions and ask them personal questions that we have no business asking, very stressful, management hardly shows appreciation....or is even there. They change things without telling the agents actually taking calls, they are very bias in call listening, no real order total chaos, your hired as m-f one weekend a month and end up only getting one weekend OFF
