Pros

Made friends, had parties,nice ppl

Cons

being on the phone all day, one 15 min break, hardly time to eat your lunch, sat alone at a desk, very repetitive, customers yell at you for nothing, TL & TC always get great calls but your call always needs improvement, to much to remember on every call, have to hit all the points to get a great or good call, they listen to your calls everyday to judge you, plenty more cons not enough writing space.

Pros

The pay is good for those who are willing to work hard and earn it. The benifits are also good.

Cons

A little bit of the "good ole boys" club when it comes to promotions. Allow those who are driven to thrive, dont group them in with others and hold them back.

The pros are this company's sups are good

Cons

The sups aren't on the same page with what they do for employees or how they treat employees
