      Good benefits Flexible work schedule Cool call floor with agents that you will get help from

      Very “good ol boy” culture If you aren’t part of the good ol boy club you will not be happy there and will probably lose your job Management constantly wonders why attrition is high-it’s because of the way you treat people and talk about them behind closed doors!
