Long hours with little benefits and continued downgrading of those benefits while upper management takes extended vacations and has party attitude. Zero work/life balance

There is very little training. They have unreasonable expectations. They will not appreciate you and they will always treat you like you are replaceable no matter how much money you raise for them. They also will promise you salary expectations that they cannot meet. The directors are inexperienced and do not know how to run a campus office. You will be confronted with police officers and threatened to be arrested at least once per week.
