Cargo cult (I'm speaking about agile). There is a chance to get to a team with a toxic environment.

Pros

Company culture - people are ready to help regardless of the workload. And there are many initiatives to provide work-life balance. Good amount of benefits combined with good salaries and ability to switch to different teams internally, I cannot think anything else I want from the company.

Cons

Focus on the leadership - Company is growing fast in many areas and this needs efforts to align all the teams working independently.
