      Pros

      - Very welcoming environment, even with a language barrier, as I was coming to a German speaking office without real German speaking skills - Space and ability to make an impact from almost day #1 - Putting a lot of trust and control to the actual people and teams - Healthy culture, focus on winning and moving forward, but still keeping a lot of humility

      Cons

      - With such a big product, it's challenging to get the necessary domain knowledge in the beginning - It's sometimes easy to feel like a small cogwheel in a huge machine

      Not a very diverse team yet (but they are investing into this quite a bit now) R&D feels a bit controlled by Austrians when looking at the leader positions
